THE CHALLENGE
Choppies was facing three major challenges:
- Aggressive competition in their flagship country
- The need for the organisation to adopt their founder’s mentality to allow for accelerated growth
- Overcoming growth limitations with theircurrent product portfolio and their supply structure
THE SERVICE
We worked with the management team through in-depth analysis, international benchmarking and a series of workshops to
- Detect shared value opportunity pools that provided a business case while tackling societal needs.
- Define a solid purpose that was shared amongst employees, customers and management.
- Translate it to a strategy that was actionable and coherent.
- Incorporate innovation processes to facilitate the transformation.
We also chose references for each of the opportunity pools that helped accelerate the implementation.
