Belarus Competitiveness Program

The World Bank has partnered with the Government of Belarus to define a 5 year plan to boost the economy.

Aggressive competition in their flagship country.

Competitiveness worked with the management team through a series of workshops to:

• Detect shared value opportunity pools that provided a business Strategy
• Training
• Reference trips
• Policy design

Competitiveness also chose references for each the opportunity pools that helped accelerate the implementation

• Laws reformed
• New strategies adopted
