We were the first ones to start working with clusters back in 1991.
Emiliano Duch,
at the time a recent graduate from Professor Michael Porter’s MBA course at Harvard Business School,
took part in the first cluster-level projects carried out by The Monitor Group using Prof. Porter’s
theories in the Basque Country and in Duch’s native Catalonia. In 1993, Mr. Duch created a spin-off
specializing solely in competitiveness projects.
We do have more experience than anybody else in the world
